"Change:It starts with me"

Everything changes as time passed by and we can't stop it for it is a continuous process.
We may change in either physical, mental, spiritual, or emotional aspect but one thing is for sure, change will start within ourselves and it will mold us into a better person wherein we are more comfortable.I know that it takes time for us to completely accept these changes and people could hardly adjust to our new personality but always remember that these were given to us for our own sake.
These changes are unstoppable so, all we need is to accept them for they are the best ingredient in developing a good model for change.

My dream,My Future

As what they say,"A man without a dream is like a tree without leaves" for there is no future that awaits him.Our dream is an important ingredient as we grow up for it will serve as our profession when we already achieved it in the future.
I am a girl with countless dreams and I am pursuing to achieve them.I started dreaming when I was still a child and I told myself that I will be a successful nurse someday so that when time comes that my parents get weak, I'll be their cane and I will guide them whatever they want to do.When they get old, I am sure that I am already prepared and strong enough that time in taking care of them and to provide all their needs.I will also take the responsibility in giving my siblings a nice future. And that is my future, to be a nurse to everyone.
We are the one responsible in creating our future. Therefore, we mus be careful in making our decisions for in every mistakes that we commit, it will be a big factor that could affect our future.

We all know that Vigan is a crowded and busy City here in Ilocos Sur because people coming from different parts of the world were roaming around and they were visiting the scenic places here in Vigan, how much more on Vigans Fiesta?
We,the CAT officers of ISNHS joined the parade on Vigan's Fiesta and as what they have observed,we are better than the CAT of other schools. We are bdisciplined and well organized. All of us were tired after marching and doing the"liko sa kanan or liko sa kaliwa" but we enjoyed commanding to our respective battalions. After the parade,we returned back to our school and there,Mr. Rabaca, our commandant told us his positive and negative comments during the parade. After that we went home and I told my cousin the happenings that day.I told him that there were many foreigners who watched during the parade and they clapped on us to show their support. Then my cousin told me that he had seen some foreigners eating "empanada" at plaza Burgos and he heard from them that they really love Vigan for the people living there were helpful and friendly.
I really enjoy the Vigan Fiesta and even though I am not a Bigueño I am proud that foreigners appreciates the cultures and traditions of Vigan City.
